And thank you, Chef Jaime Laurita for co-hosting Kitchen Chat with me in the award winning Viking and La Cornue Showroom at the Merchandise Mart Luxe Home. You and the Middleby Residential team designed two stunning showrooms! Make sure you also check out the new showroom in New York City! What a fun year this has been! Chef Jaime is a very dear friend and a fabulous culinary companion on my journey with Kitchen Chat. We are an unlikely pairing. He’s tattoos and I am pearls; yet this unexpected combination brings a whole new layer of flavor and perspective to Kitchen Chat. In this week’s podcast, Chef Jaime and I discuss some of the fun highlights and milestones from the year, and we share our dreams for the next exciting chapter of Kitchen Chat.
