Okay. This is a little embarrassing. I guess I got a little bit carried away at the International Food and Wine Festival at Disney’s Epcot. Wearing my chef hat ears, I approached the two Ocean Spray experts who were standing in a cranberry bog and had an impromptu Kitchen Chat with them.
Although I look silly, I did harvest a great tip from that bog. To give your cranberry sauce a different flavor during the holidays, try boiling them with either apple cider or orange juice instead of water. I actually tried this during Thanksgiving, and it was delicious!
