Celebrity Chef Jason Roberts

Celebrity Chef Jason Roberts has a life mantra:  “Move more. Eat less.”  His passion for eating consciously, living sustainably, reducing waste and making sure that every kid has a meal directs and reflects his life.

A native of New Zealand, he moved to Australia with his family at a young age and grew up on a dairy farm.  “The taste of green apples and sour red plums transcends me,” Chef Jason describes his taste memories of growing up on a farm.  Influenced by his grandmother in the kitchen, Chef Jason Roberts fostered a love for cooking at a very young age.

Chef Jason shares his enthusiasm and love for food on The Chew, The Rachael Ray Show and many other international media outlets.  His real passion, however, is working with No Kid Hungry organization to help raise funds and awareness that 16 million children in the United States struggle with hunger. He is an integral part of Chefs Cycle in which he rides a bike with other chefs and culinary professionals to raise money for No Kid Hungry. Already, Chef Jason has helped raise nearly $350,000. “A child should never have to decide on quality vs. quantity of food,” Chef Jason emphasizes.

His recent cookbook, Good Food Fast: Deliciously Healthy Gluten Free Meals for People on the Go provides a variety of meals that are easily prepared.  Chef Jason Roberts is also a brand ambassador for Nutrilite and My Body Key to help encourage others to be healthy.
